We survived 2022 and now we’re off to new journeys. We have new chapters to be written and our time to uncover our potential continues moving forward. Life is full of opportunities, and as we take on this new year we must remember to not just give ourselves the opportunities we seek, but allow others to be exposed and not limited to opportunities as well. As a mother and former educator I highly value inclusive education for all. We are committed to the importance of belonging and why inclusion matters. As we start this new year, allow yourselves to open your minds, accept and be willing to try new things. Because one way is not the only way. Although we all walk different paths, one thing we have in common is our humanity and our need to be accepted and belong. So keep this in mind, as you go into work, school, an event, etc… We all belong and inclusion matters!
